By accessing or using the services of Web Tech Digital Solution ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you ("Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Service Agreement

All services are provided as per the discussion and final scope agreed upon via email, WhatsApp, or written agreement.

Any changes to the scope may incur additional charges.
4. Payment Terms

A 50% advance is mandatory before project initiation.

The remaining 50% must be paid at the time of deliery.

No service will be continued or delivered unless full payment is received.
5. Timelines

Project timelines depend on the scope and the client’s cooperation.

✔
Delays in feedback or approvals from the client may result in corresponding delays in project delivery.
6. Timelines

The client must provide all required information, content, images, and approvals on time.

The company is not responsible for delays due to incomplete or late input from the client.
7. Intellectual Property & Project Access

All content, code, designs, creatives, and digital assets developed during the project remain the sole property of Web Tech Digital Solution until full payment is received.

The company will provide full access (such as hosting, domain, admin logins, etc.) only after the project is fully completed and all dues are cleared.

Once access is handed over to the client, the project shall be considered terminated from the company’s end, and Web Tech Digital Solution will no longer be responsible for any future management, maintenance, updates, or issues related to the project.

To initiate the access handover process, the client must send a formal email request for termination of services. Once the agency receives the request, it will review the project and provide complete access within 7 working days.

If you opt for SEO services, please note that the execution of SEO-related activities—including but not limited to keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and ranking strategies—will commence only after the complete project payment has been received. The SEO process typically requires a minimum duration of 3 to 4 months, depending on the competitiveness of the selected keywords. SEO implementation will not begin until full payment is cleared. Furthermore, the SEO process will be initiated within 7 working days from the date of final payment. The agency shall not be held responsible for any delays or performance expectations prior to the commencement of this period.
8. Confidentiality
We agree to keep your business data and information confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without your written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Results from SEO, SMO, or advertising services may vary depending on algorithm changes, market trends, competition, and other external factors.
10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the services by giving 7 days’ written notice.

In case of early termination by the client, no refund shall be made for any work already continued or delivered.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
12. Third-Party Hosting & Access Policy
Our agency does not perform SEO or any related services on third-party hosting platforms, including but not limited to other agencies' Hostinger accounts, cPanel access, or similar environments. Engaging in such activities is considered a breach of our company’s Terms & Conditions, as it may compromise our internal strategies, work processes, and professional standards.
