2. Non-Refundable Conditions

No refund will be provided under the following circumstances:

• ✔ If the client has approved the initial concept or any part of the service.
• ✔ If the client fails to communicate or provide necessary inputs within 30 days, resulting in project suspension.
• ✔ If the client requests cancellation after partial or full execution of work.
• ✔ If the project is delayed due to client-side inactivity, content delay, or change in requirements.

3. Advance Payment Clause

• ✔ Any advance payment made for project initiation, planning, or resource allocation is strictly non-refundable.
• ✔ Even if Web Tech Digital Solution is ready to begin the work or has already started, but the client cancels the project or stops further payment, the advance amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.

4. Milestone-Based Projects

If the project is structured in milestones, payment for each completed milestone is non-refundable once the client approves or work is delivered for that phase.

5. Duplicate Payment

In case of accidental duplicate payment, the extra amount will be refunded after proper verification. Please notify us within 7 working days of the transaction.
